WWE Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix was pulled from the Mexican tour due to suffering a minor ankle injury at last night’s Smackdown taping in a match she worked against Rosa Mendes for tomorrow’s Superstars show. She isn’t expected to miss much ring time.

Not too sure if this is true or not, considering Beth’s tweet earlier saying she’s 100% alright. Guess we’re gonna have to wait for another tweet from the Glamazon to confirm!
During last nights taping for WWE Superstars, it was reported that Beth fell to the mat, and the referee threw up an “X” with his arms, signaling an injury. Beth has posted the following tweet shedding some light on this:
Thank you for the concerned messages…I am 100% just fine and as always in Glamtastic Fighting Form!!
It’s great news to hear Beth hasn’t been injured, since the timing would’ve been horrible if she was indeed injured. Beth won the WWE Women’s Championship from Michelle McCool just over a week ago.
